From January, 21 to February 1, the Chinese authority in Inner Mongolia sent a half dozen police vehicles and undercover police officers in the surrounding areas of Xinna's house and put her and her family members under 24 hour surveillance. Even her relatives and friends were questioned and scrutinized by the Chinese police when they come to visit Xinna's house. These unlawful activities by the Chinese police brought an enormous difficulty to Xinna's daiily life.

Under the tremendous pressure, Xinna called the Chinese Public Security Bureau in Inner Mongolia and demanded them to take away their police officers and vehicles from her private property.
